I've got a bit stuck literally sorting out the family silver.

The item is a small, long handled silver spoon (14cm long) with these markings on. They were very small so took pic with magnifyer but appear to read:

'L & W' 'what looks like a butterfly???' and 'S'

Any help appreciated, thank-you

This is not a hallmark, but a manufacturer's mark as this is electroplate, not silver. L&W is Lee & Wigfull of Sheffield. I have moved your post from "British Hallmarks" to "Silverplated Ware"
