Edward Viner Gold Ring? Help Please.

Hi. New to the forum. I'm having trouble identifying a newly acquired ring. The markings 'E.V' seem to suggest the maker Edward Viner. The assay office seems to be Chester and the year is either 'M' 1912 or 'W' 1922. However I'm new at this and could be wrong on all accounts. If anyone could help it would be massively appreciated.

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That would be Edward Vaughton of Birmingham. The year of Chester assay was 1912.
