Hello there,
I don't even know if I have posted this in the right area.
I am guessing this might be Chinese export marks, but the Lion Passant looks like a Dutch Mark. However I can't identify any of the other marks as Dutch.
Any expertise on this matter greatly appreciated. Thank you

.
One more question if I may. How common are these items?

Hi,
Fairly common.Hooijkaas was the owner of a silver factory with a considerable manufacturring output. Could you please check for other Dutch marks ? Those marks could be spread over the item; year letter, Minerva head and a proper maker's mark.
For Dutch (hall)marks see:

Hi Peter, yes, I found a G for 1891 and the Minerva Mark.

This is the box in question

Hi nice box with I guess a maritime (law) meeting scene. Could you check the regional assay office letter in the Minerva head's helmet? If for Schoonhoven it should be the letter M. No proper maker's mark?

The minerva mark is too rubbed, I can only just discern that it is a minerva head. I can't find any proper maker's mark, but again, might be camouflaged through rubbing
