Mystery CSB Hallmark & other Marks

This spoon is a mystery to me, thank you for any help in solving it.
The spoon has a CSB hallmark, as well as four others. I found a description of a German silversmith's hallmark that described as "Carl Samuel Betkober, who was master in 1785 and died in 1787, the letters in oblong". No idea if it is the correct smith, no photos were included. I also found the American silversmith Calvin Stowe Ball, not sure about him either.
Thanks for the help,
Keith
