Please Help Identify This Piece!

After many hours of searching online for the identity of the maker's mark or monogram I've decided to reach further with this forum. I was told it could be of Latin or Persian decent, possibly middle eastern as well. The weight and feel of the material is consistent with sterling or a lesser grade like coin silver. The markings shown are either "WIRU or WIAU" and "U.5.U" The first letter "W" has a circumflex type accent above it which could be of Latin, Greek or Cyrillic decent. I might be way off base here but personally think it's Persian based on the highly detailed and ornate artwork. There are 6 different animals depicted along side the cup. It weighs 80 grams and is 3-5/8" in diameter. Check out the shared One Drive link below for several pictures of the cup.

Thanks in advance for your help!!
