Torah Pointer Yad - Hallmark Identification?

Hello all,
just got a Torah pointer,purchased here in local fleamarket, it is not like normal pointer , it is just plain,
have a hallmark on back (H surrounded with points)
i have tested it for solid silver and is high grade silver,
Can anyone identify the hallmark?
