Maker YF - Unknown To Me

Hi,
I've been sent some images by a friend trying to identify a maker 'YF':
The mark appears to contain a cow(?) under another symbol. The marks are tiny.
Any thoughts appreciated.

I'm guessing:
Orfèvre Ytasse & Fourneret Fabricant orfèvre
27 Janvier 1897 - 8 septembre 1904
7 rue Réaumur Paris
He has the same style of work
Is there another figure in the makers mark ?
Mouton / Sheep?

Having now seen a clearer version of the mark, it is an ampersand above a sheep.
