Hopefully you can help me. I acquired a tea spoon recently which I believe to be silver, however I have never seen the marks before, and any research I have tried has failed. Images below:

It's plated I'm afraid.

Norges Gullsmedforbund, Oslo, Norway. 'NM' stands for Norsk Monster, a registered design. 'GP' stands for 'Gullsmed Plett', Electro Plate.
