Pendant, silver, on definition.

A pendant, on a tester silver. I ask to define the producer and the period of production.
From left to right;
1) Although rubbed, assay office Cairo with 800 fineness mark, 2) the Egyptian national country hallmark for silver, the Nymphaea lotus flower blossom, 3) the date letter for October 1989- September 1990.
