Help with Gerrman(?) spoon

Hello!
I guess this spoon is from Germany or Baltic lands of the beginning 19 century. Maybe anybody knows who is maker?

the spoon is about from 1830
the name looks like [E H Karme(r)]

but I can not find a maker Karmer in this time

Thanks for your reply! I found maker Edvard Karmer in Tallinn in 1922-1939. Perhaps, unknown maker EHKarme(r) is his ancestor?
