Old heavy pair of Casters. No one has been able to identify this European? Mark. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is only a guess, but they are heavy quality silverplate and probably northern European, maybe German going by the the initials. The mark is just an identifying factory or company trademark.
