Hi,
Embedded your images.Do it,please, with your posts in the future:very few people will click on links.
The first Kokoshnik 1896 - 1908 with assayer AP (AR).At least two assayers AP known to me.
Take a look here:
http://www.925-1000.com/Frussia_kokoshnik_01.html
Struck twice, no maker`s mark (curious and suspicious). The brooch is old (rose cut diamonds). Is there a `` C`` clasp ? Where are the marks ?
``56`` should stand for 14K, or more precisely .583 gold.

The brooch is OK, I mean genuine piece of Russian jewelry of the period stated above with the first kokoshnik mark. I suppose you have seen the assayers in the link above (initials AP with 56).
Needle is marked, too, very good. And ``C`` clasp, rose cut diamonds.

What we have here are assayers, NOT makers. There is no maker`s mark or you did not find it.
