This looks like a bracelet, it's the size of a bangle, but it's very rigid. I don't know what this is, but the stamps on it are weird.
The back of it is blank.
The front of it is covered with stamps, most of them are identical Arabic (I apologize if this is upside down)
But the last two stamps have an H and an M intersecting in a triangle, and beside the HM is a apparently viking ship under a crown.
Does anyone know what this is, what the stamps represent, or at least what the Arabic says?
