Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
Are there any marks on the Item? How large is it?

This is the bottom stamp:
It stands about 10" high or so. Cups show no obvious signs of wear.

Do any of the parts detach? I'm wondering about the tube part in the middle?

hi
No parts are removable.
I've never heard of an epergne. I did a google search looking for something similar and couldn't find anything.
Thanks, Scott

``an ornamental centrepiece for a dining table, typically used for holding fruit or flowers``.
Google for ``epergne silver glass``

Hello again,
It was a big company with huge production. They have patented the design. One cannot expect to find exactly the same piece (unless lucky) after 100 years or so (or depicted in a catalog).
We know who made it and what it is. That`s good enough.
