There is very long engraved inscription.Can you show good close up image of it ? That might help to narrow the search.Thank you.

The spoon is from a family that went through its different generations. The inscriptions are their names with the dates of death. The first owner died in 1845
El cucharón es de una familia que fue pasando por sus distintas generaciones. Las inscripción son sus nombres con las fechas de fallecimiento. El primer dueño falleció en 1845

It is the capital of europe ( there is the ECB )
Frankfurt am Main
maker (HP/S) = Johann Heinrich Philipp Schott
this ladle is about from 1790-1800
