Silver knife?

Hi,
The mark is upside down.Most probably Vienna 183...
The letter at the top cannot be seen.

13 Loth (.813).
Must be 183...(1831-1839) because bottom right number is missing (compare again with the link above).

Hello again,
It`s silver (at least the handle - unless there is the same mark on the blade - e.g.fruit knives)
Number 13 in the mark stands for 13 Loth (813 parts of silver per 1000 weight units).
13 Loth was well known silver standard in several European countries (Finland, Germany, Austria-Hungary).
It was later replaced by millesimal fineness standard.
