Dutch Silver Dresser Set

Hello,
I've referenced this forum many times but this is my first posting here. Thank you for having me. I have some questions about this beautiful silver dresser set and I'm very grateful for any insight you might have. I am seeing Lion Passant 2nd Standard, Minerva's Head, the letter "H", and I'm assuming the manufacturer's mark "VS". On Minerva's Helmet I am seeing a triangle and I have no clue as to what that means. I suppose it could be a worn "A" but I am doubtful. What does this triangle mean? Any insight on "VS"? And lastly, what year do you think the "H" is from? All signs lead to 1917, but I've been staring at these hallmarks for so long my eyes are crossed!

Thanks for any help or insight,
pitterpatter
