im trying to identify this maker. is it sterling silver? what do the markings mean?

my silver flatwear has the name welbeck. the w and the k are in a weird script.

thanks. sad face. thought for sure wasnt plated. but no 925 marks or lions so bummer.
have other stuff with marks. will post them soon. good site. amazed i managed to post a pic.
