Does anyone recognize this makers mark on 830S brooch?

I'm trying to figure out who made this brooch. It is marked 830S and has a makers mark that looks like 3 c's or maybe 3 horseshoes or a clover?
Any idea who made it? Thanks!

An archived hallmark research website advises that the 830S hallmark could be from either Denmark or Norway, and although the post does mention a hallmark that looks like "three horseshoes and an 830S," no answer was given to the query ___ the search continues ___
