Trying to figure out the marks. I believe the maker is Edward Barnard and Sons. This mark for John, Edward, Walter and John Barnard from 1868 to 1877. I can't figure out the rest. Is it sterling?

The maker is correct.It`s silver-plated, not sterling.
Letters ``E`` and ``P`` denote ``electro-plating``.
