Small silver watch case french Crab + strange maker's mark

Hello, I've bought this small silver case. it has the french crab, the argent fin and another marking which should be of the maker.
Questions:
1. Who is the maker?
2. Is the maker's mark fake or real as this does not seem to be stamped but egraved to me...
