Swedish hallmark - question!

The Swedish salt shaker in 1945.
Silver, gilding.
The first five hallmarks are clear, but what is the last hallmark? What does it mean?
I will be grateful for the help.
I ask for advice: what is this object, what is its purpose.
Silver, gilding, Sweden, 1945. Manufacturer - GAB.
The size is very small: a small spoon - 4 cm, the main part - 5.5 cm.
The seller thought it was a salt shaker.
On eBay sold the same thing without a small spoon - there the seller thought it was the Tea Caddy Spoon.
But this is not the Tea Caddy Spoon, since a small spoon is never attached to the Tea Caddy Spoon.
Maybe because in the design of fish - is it an accessory for a fish table?
I will be grateful for the tips.
I could not find anything similar on the Internet.
