This is the ``sickle`` mark of J.D. Schleissner Söhne,Hanau, Germany.

As you can see in the link above they used various combination of marks.
Specialized in high quality reproduction of old silver .
Footed beaker, cup in style of baroque silver.Approximate dated late 19th to early 20th century.
