I have a couple of these small bowls. Who might be the maker? & what’s the tiny hallmark next to them?

The maker is Würbel&Czokally from Wien.

Hi,
What's the tiny mark which looks like a Y?
It`s a secondary mark for Vienna (letter A ). It appears on finials, legs, handles etc, sometimes struck twice and sometimes with Diana`s head.
Could not find any legislation in regard of it`s use.
