Greetings. I have a glass dish with silver rim marked with French hallmarks. The first is the Minerve 1st title mark. There are two areas where it is stamped with the maker's mark. However, I cannot find this maker. I struggle to identify the first initial, as the mark is partially worn. But the second initial is clearly a 'B'. It appears to be initials JB or IB with a symbol I do not recognize. Perhaps a hot air balloon or a thistle flower? I honestly cannot tell. I would greatly appreciate your help to solve this mystery mark. Thank you
