Hi Sophie,
Difficult no clear match.
It looks like the maker's mark is a broken punch mark and perhaps not D.J. but OA and if so it could be for J. van Os van den Abeelen, registered in Schoonhoven 1885-1934. His mark is also seen in combination with pseudo/fantasy marks.

Hi Oel,
It is really D.J and with the magnifying glass it is much clearer than with the camera
The photo is now without flash and in evening light
Maybe it will be clearer in daylight tomorrow
Thanks for the response

Better match.
How about
Fa. Gebr. Deelman, registered in Groningen 1851-1886? The pseudo marks IH and town mark Amsterdam are according to
K.A. Citroen Valse Zilvermerken in Nederland #162 and # 536 used in Groningen and seen on spoons.
Maker's mark
D1

This particular mark registered 1851-1863
Best,
Peter

Dear Peter,
It's indeed from Groningen, but not the shown Makers brand of Fa. Gebr.Deelman
He is not mentioned in the K.A.Citroen (VZN) in the Groningen section.
What is mentioned:
The successor of Tjeerd Rekers in Workum (Friesland) and of the Roelfsema brothers seems to have been Douwe de Jong in Groningen (i 1899-1942).
Back to the name-register Waarborg Holland part 3 - Jong Wz.D.de Meester nr: 12689 index-nr: 4176-4325
I already recognized him from his pseudo brands.
He is included in the collection of the "De Groninger Zilverkamer"
Best,
Dendriet

If the box is authentic (matching the spoons and sold together by retailer jeweler) the latter attribution is correct (until 1941) because the box cannot be even late 19th century.

The best match.
Yes, I agree it is the maker's mark of Douwe de Jong Wz and the sword mark used 1906-1953.
Another clear example of his maker's mark in combination with the two pseudo/fantasy marks:
Best,
Peter
