At least does anyone recognise in some way that hallmark ? :) not 100% sure is dutch tho...

Hi, could be a Dutch pseudo mark, pseudo year letter seen on spoons and brandy bowls , Groningen. Source; Valse Zilvermerken in Nederland K.A. Citroen # 271

Perhaps late 19th early 20th century .
