Chinese Spoon

Good evening
I have this Chinese spoon with bamboo patterned stem and what seems to a jade/Aventurine stone top. It is about 12cm long. Any idea who made it and when?

The two marks are '北京' which means Beijing or Peking, and '銀' which means silver. I was probably made between 1937 and 1945.
