I think the Spanish hallmarks are 1795-1796 from Madrid
Makers mark unknown to me (I have no books here)

Juan Manuel Arán activo entre 1777 y1830,nacido en Cuenca - España en 1753. Aprobado como platero el 3-1-1777, sus maestros fueron: Juan Roger y Antonio Vendeti. Vivió en la Plaza del Ángel en 1786 y Carretas 29 ya casado. Falleció en Madrid 1830. Sus marcas fueron JN/ARN y ARN.
Juan Manuel Arán active between 1777 and 1830, born in Cuenca - Spain in 1753. Approved as a silversmith on 3-1-1777, his teachers were: Juan Roger and Antonio Vendeti. He lived in the Plaza del Ángel in 1786 and Carretas 29 already married. He died in Madrid in 1830. His marks were JN / ARN and ARN.
