Hi all,
I simply cannot decipher the hallmark with initials. I believe the series of marks translates to London hallmarks dated 1907?
Any help especially with makers mark would be greatly appreciated!

The date letter certainly looks like the plain "m" for 1907. The maker's mark is that of William Hutton & Sons Ltd. It is slightly distorted and, bizarrely, both examples seem to have suffered the same distortion. See
