Help ID spoon hallmark: person facing left, ponytail

I'm having trouble identifying the following hallmark:

It appears to be a person facing left, long hair done up.

It's located on this spoon:

Spoon is approximately 8 3/8" long, 80 grams.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, the company is INTERNATIONAL SIlVER CO / WILCOX & EVERSTEIN, the pattern is Revere and it was introduced in 1898
