Maker's Mark on Mote spoon.

Do any of you recognise this maker's mark? It is struck twice on a rat-tail mote spoon.

Can't quite make out the first initial.

Looks like an "EB" to start. So "Crown-over-EB-over-Star" mark, "Crown-over-EB", "EB-over-Star".
