A pickles fork

Found this "pickles" fork. It measures 21 cm. Unfortunately I cannot find the maker. In addition, the hallmark is damaged where the assayer's initials are or actually were ;-)))). Left looking kokshnik -> 1899-1908
Anyway, the master's punch seems to be Ф.Г. ....or?
Any good suggestions, thank you?

The marks I showed was cleaned as much as possible. But, they are on a difficult bulbous place therefore the pictures are not the best.
Regarding the master, note the dots. That is something that you usually oversee. I saw Pekin, but I don't think it is him. Thank you anyway for your "polite" comment, but we all "know" you already.
