Need help with makers mark

Silver Locket, looks victorian. Could be later. Don't know much on these things. Did my best with the picture. It's an uppercase B and in the top portion of the B there is a smaller 'B.' In to bottom portion there is 'CO'. Can't find it anywhere. Tired of scrolling thru sites yo figure it out. Any help would be great.
