Silver spoon with woman and kids. Dutch guild marks, rampant lion, gentleman with ponytail. Are these fake marks, can you recognize the town and date?

Hi Baby,

Yes early spoon, finial woman with children to symbolize love. Town mark of Amsterdam, year letter H for 1742. Maker's mark not a man's bust with a ponytail but a man's head profile. The "ponytail" is probably due to a damaged punch-mark of the maker. The maker appears to be Jan de Vries, registered in Amsterdam from 1710-1753 (died). Known maker of cast spoons.
H for 1742 based upon appearance of lion rampant's shape and tail, and town mark of Amsterdam.
Best,

Peter.
