Spoon with leiden city mark, maker I:K. I could not determine the date or maker because of conflicting dates/style of marks. I also noticed the lion doesn't have a crown. I checked Citroen "marks prior to 1812" and zilvermerken van voet. Please advice.

Hi, the maker's mark IK with or without two dots is for Jacobus Kamphuis, registered in Leiden 1786-1829, year letter O for 1796. The lion rampant, lost his crown in Leiden during the French occupation. See Leiden:

Jacobus Kamphuis used maker's mark IK 1786-1811 and K in lozenge (French style) 1812/1829.
