Jindřich Grünfeld (1888-1952), Prague, Old Town, Karlova 12, specialisation on religous objects, also made insignia for Pedagogic Faculty of the Charles university in Prague

Hi,
Initials are HG because Jindřich or Jindrich is a given name Heinrich in German. Also, it is the Czech version of the English name Henry.
I think he belonged to the same family of famous Czech musician Heinrich Grünfeld.
