Thanks for your help. Haven't found it yet but at least I now know that it is Japanese

I've purchased some items bear the same mark before.
The characters on the mark was in a cursive script style, so it's hand to recognise. The first is "風", the last is "作" (means "make"). I've tried to figure out the middle one for years, but no conclusion. Hopefully someone can help in the future.
