Help identifying a maker's mark

I have a small spoon where the maker's mark is not one I've seen before. It is of a what I would call a winged anchor. It states it is sterling and 925/1000. I'll try to post a picture soon.

I was searching for a mark for myself and came across this one and thought of your post, dont know if it will be of any help but William c. fink co. has a mark similar to yours without the anchor.[/img]
