Hello,

I'm looking for informations about the T.C & son Ltd mark. What does it stands for ? Where is the firm from?
Moreover, one of the marks looks like an importation mark but I can't find it in the list of british importation marks.
Does anyone knows it ?

The import mark is London (see https://www.925-1000.com/importmarks.html) with the date letter "k" for 1925. T C & Sn Ltd has not yet been positively identified but they seem to have specialised in imported silver; I have seen the mark on imported silver between 1925 and 1936.

Thank you. I agree there are similarities between the unknown mark on the picture and the London import mark but they are still different.
Is it possible that it's not a London import mark ?

Hi,

As Phil has stated, it's a London import mark of 1925.

See here for other examples: http://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic ... 38&t=40776

I'm also looking for two answers :
What does TC & son stands for ?
Where did it used to import its silver from ?

An image of whole item may help with the origin.
