Tray with unreadable marking: XXXX Georgian 3814 E.P.N.S

I have a silverplate tray with the marking on the attached photo. Only the bottom of the four sans-serif font letters at the top is visible. The shape of the first letter on the top could only be one of the following: C G J O S and U. I have checked the silver marks that start with those letters and found no fits.
I feel certain that the first letter of the script font is an upper case G; so I reason the pattern/item is Georgian 3814. I have Googled “Georgian 3814” and “Georgian pattern silver plate” and found nothing that matches. It all pertains to the Georgian “period” or a “style”.
Can anyone help with this ID?
