Can't ID Mark on Silver P:late Serving Dish

I have a silver plate serving dish with cover that has a mark I can't find with my web searches. It is a shield with the the initials M R R in the middle.. Above them is a symbol resembling a latin f with a hook (ƒ) and below is the letters S. See the attached photos. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
