Mark identification help - sugar tongs

These bright cut sugar tongs have a mark of what looks like an italicized WR in a rectangle. Anyone know the maker?

Do you have a close up of the maker mark? These photos show up really small.

See William Reynolds of Cork in the Irish Provincial marks section:

Given the design of the tongs, think they are more likely to be the work of the younger Reynolds.
