Antique Teapot, unknown maker/hallmark, need help

This is an antique teapot, looks like silver not silver-plate. Need help with hallmark.Thank you

Maybe antique, but not Russian and not silver. My guess is pewter...britannia...?

Can anyone read the additional mark beneath the maker mark? Begins with "G"...maybe GH or G???. Personally, I see GELT, but that can't be right.

Hi, Trev - on the spot (as always, I should say). This reads "Gebr. Hepp", the sickle mark on the left hand side is one of the early Hepp marks, used I believe until the beginning of the 20th century. Another early Hepp mark was two sickles, crossed (sorry, no pic available). This is certainly silver plate. Regards, Bahner
