I cant figure out who made this, help?

I bought a small little tray from an antique shop and it has crossed keys, a crown, and a bust on the back but I cant seem to figure the maker out, any help is greatly appreciated!

The likely answer can easily be found with a simple search of two key words. But if I jump the gun before you embed the photos and post a link to that thread, I may get my hands slapped again. So please embed those images of your marks, which are in shields..hint, hint.

Ok then...so searching "Keys Crown" yield 2 pages with this near the end:

From there, Smith is listed with three samples of marks in the "Silverplate Marks" section. Bearing in mind that marks can change, it appears that two of these (1st set) might match.
