Hello,
I recently inherited this celtic cross.
So far as I can tell it is 9k hand made. Assayed in Birmingham ( sideways anchor) and hallmarked in 1800 ( Letter C)
W.A 9. 375 sideways anchor C
What I cant figure out are the Initials W.A
Ix post an image but it does not allow me to.
Any help would be appreciated.

Here are the images:

W.A is William Adams Ltd, a Birmingham company. Are you sure that the date letter is C? - it looks like o (or O) in your picture. A letter C of that form was not used in Birmingham until 2002 which is not possible due to the form of the gold carat mark. O (upper case) would be 1938 and o (lower case) would be 1913. I have not found a method of distinguishing between o and O.
