Norwegian Ball Twist

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me identify this mark. I'm at a loss. This small fork is in the style of the Norwegian ball twist, it measures just 4 and 5/8 inches long. I also have some spoons of the same size, but the marks on them weren't as clear to see so I just included the fork pictures. I suspect they're quite old/antique, but I'm not even confident it's silver and not silver plate since the number "30" is there (though the dealer I bought them from seemed to think they were silver). If anyone has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful!
