Porvoo town mark, Finland, Z3 for 1881.

zolotniks 78 = 812/1000 - nice
Type of spoon very 1880's in shape !
I would not have guessed Finland myself
must find out who LL finish silversmith was.

Yes it is made in Porvoo/Borgå in southern Finland 1881. The maker is Ludvig Lönnqvist 1851-1904. The fineness 78 is expressed in Russian zolotnik and it is 812,5/1000
