Identifying the hallmark of a silver, enamel shot glass

I'm trying to identify these hallmarks. I think the maker's mark says "пюф", but I might be mistaken.

Yes you are making a minor mistake ;-=))). The mark shows ЛЮФ (Latin LYuF) not ПЮФ (PYuF). That would be "Yuvelirnaya Fabrika, gorod Leningrad" 1927 (Jewellery factory in Leningrad town). You cup is a very typical Soviet Union cloisonné product. It is made in 875/1000 silver. The α character (Greek alpha) in the hallmark is the symbol for Leningrad, nowadays St. Petersburg again.
