Help identify these Mark on a silver plated ring

Hey everyone, just got this ring yesterday and would like to know more about the it, has this marks on the front enamel but don’t really know what that means and which era does belong to, any help would be thankful.
I have tried to attached a pictures but doesn’t seem to have an option enabled.
